Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida joined a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) leaders' summit on Tuesday. Spontaneous demonstrations took place in the streets of Tokyo to protest the move. They think NATO is a military alliance, and its member countries have been involved in wars. People around the world are now opposing war and so are Japanese citizens.
