Southeast Asia's foreign ministers met with their counterparts from partner countries, including China and Russia, on the third day of their annual gathering. Senior Chinese diplomat Wang Yi said China and ASEAN are moving forward with a revised version of their Free Trade Agreement (FTA). He also hailed joint efforts with ASEAN member states under the Belt and Road Initiative.
