Ons Jabeur of Tunisia fought back from a set and 4-2 down to defeat Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus and reach a second successive Wimbledon final on Thursday.
The world number six came through 6-7 (5/7), 6-4, 6-3 and will face Marketa Vondrousova of the Czech Republic in the final.
It was the third time at the tournament this year that the 28-year-old Jabeur had fought back from dropping the first set.
"I'm very proud of myself because maybe old me would have lost the match today and went back home already but I'm glad that I kept digging deep and finding the strength," she said.
"I'm learning to transform the bad energy into a good one so the anger that I had from the first set I tried to stay focused."

Czech left-hander Vondrousova defeated Elina Svitolina of Ukraine 6-3, 6-3, becoming the first unseeded woman to make the final in 60 years.
Reaching the final came after a miserable time for the Czech as she underwent a second wrist operation last year, which ruled her out for a huge chunk of 2022.

China's Xu Yifan fell short in the mixed doubles final with her Belgian partner Joran Vliegen as Ukrainian-Croatian duo Lyudmyla Kichenok and Mate Pavic clinched the title with a 6-4, 6-7(9), 6-3 victory.
Former doubles world number one Pavic added the Wimbledon mixed doubles titles to five other Grand Slam doubles titles, three in men's and two in mixed.
