Russian President Vladimir Putin has been briefed on the "terrorist act" on the Crimean bridge. He instructed that the repair and restoration work on the bridge to be organized, the Kremlin said on Monday, adding that Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin is heading to the location.
