The decision on the Black Sea grain initiative is final and there are no more negotiations, the Russian mission to the UN was quoted by the RIA news agency as saying.

Moscow suspended its participation in the Black Sea grain export deal, Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Monday when the deal was set to expire.
