China's special envoy for climate change, Xie Zhenhua, has met with his U.S. counterpart John Kerry in Beijing. Yu Xiang, director of the Research Institute for Eco-civilization at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, says that China and the U.S. can cooperate on many aspects of green technology, such as carbon capture and storage.
