Typhoon Talim has made landfall in China again, hitting the city of Beihai in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The national observatory issued a yellow alert on Tuesday, the third level in its four-tier system, after the cyclone made its first landfall in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province on Monday evening.
