This is how people in Wuhan start their day: having a hearty breakfast which they call guozao, or "passing the morning" in English. Known as “breakfast heaven,” Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province, has over 100 different types of breakfast items. The most well-known guozao dish is Wuhan's reganmian, or hot dry noodles.
