A business forum was held on Wednesday to help promote understanding and economic cooperation between China and Algeria. Over 100 representatives from companies from both China and Algeria attended the event. They discussed how to implement partnership projects for both countries and took part in three sub-forums related to mining, infrastructure and technology.
The event comes during Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune's visit to China – his first since taking office. Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf addressed the forum and expressed his hope that business cooperation between the two sides can continue growing.
