Morocco rescues 854 illegal immigrants off coasts

The Moroccan navy rescued 854 illegal immigrants from July 10 to 17 off the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, the Moroccan news agency MAP reported Tuesday.
Some 400 people were rescued in the waters off southern Moroccan coast while heading to Spanish Canary Islands in the Atlantic, the MAP said.
