A new industrial museum in Shanghai will feature cutting-edge audio-visuals thanks to an agreement signed between China Media Group (CMG) and Shanghai's municipal government.

The museum will be built at the former site of the historic Jiangnan Shipbuilding Factory.

Technologies such as 8K, augmented and virtual reality are provided under the agreement, in addition to audio and visual archives which will help create immersive experiences for future visitors.
