China's private rocket launches 1st VLEO satellite and 1st satellite for digital life service

Chinese commercial launch company Galactic Energy sent two satellites into orbit with its Ceres-1 (Y6) rocket on Saturday. The rocket lifted off at 1:07 p.m. Beijing Time from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China. The launch by the Chinese company put an experimental satellite into very low Earth orbit (VLEO) for the first time.
