A detonation occurred at an ammunition depot in Crimea due to a drone attack, said the head of the region, Sergey Aksenov, on Telegram on Saturday. There were no damages or casualties from the detonation, he added.
A decision was made to evacuate the population within a radius of 5 km from the emergency site to temporary accommodation centers, the governor said.
For security reasons, services along the Crimean Railway were suspended.
