Boat capsizes, killing 14 in Senegalese capital: AFP

At least 14 people died after their wooden boat capsized off the Senegalese capital of Dakar, the city's deputy mayor told AFP on Monday.
"It seems to be migrants," Samba Kandji said.
Rescue workers were looking for more bodies after the pirogue overturned overnight from Saturday to Sunday.
