Hongya Cave, formerly known as Hongya Gate, is one of the ancient city gates in southwest China's Chongqing. Built on hills along the Yangtze River, its special architectural form, Diaojiaolou, makes it look like a scene from a science fiction movie. At night, the buildings light up and offer a great view over the river.
