Qatari emir appoints Sultan Al Mansouri as ambassador to UAE

Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Sunday appointed Sultan Salmeen Saeed Al Mansouri as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Qatar and the UAE announced the restoration of their diplomatic representation in June.
