The Russian military said on July 22 that a state media journalist had died after being injured in Ukraine. Rostislav Zhuravlev was said to be hit by a Ukrainian cluster munitions strike and died of his injuries during the evacuation. China has made it very clear that the irresponsible supply of cluster munitions to Ukraine by the U.S. could easily lead to humanitarian problems.
