Heavy rains are lashing China's south and southeast, and southwest China's Sichuan Province reported some of the country's highest precipitation levels on Monday. Shanghai has also upgraded its emergency response as more rainfall is expected during the flood season. CGTN's Wu Bin reports from Shanghai.
