Chinese and Russian fleets will conduct the third joint naval patrol in related waters of the western and northern Pacific Ocean, China's Defense Ministry announced Wednesday.
The patrol is planned in line with annual cooperation between the Chinese and Russian armed forces. It does not aim at third parties and has nothing to do with the current international and regional situation, the ministry added.
The second joint navel patrol was carried out in September 2022 following the first one in October 2021.
