China launched a group of three remote sensing satellites of the Yaogan-36 family atop a Long March-2D carrier rocket on July 27. They were launched at 4:02 am from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center and entered the preset orbit. This marked the 480th flight of the Long March carrier rockets.
