Ukraine's domestic intelligence agency has for the first time claimed responsibility for an explosion that damaged the Kerch Bridge linking the Crimean peninsula with the Russian mainland last October. Vasyl Malyuk, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, said his agency was behind the attack.
