Thai parliament to sit next week for new PM vote

Thailand's parliament is scheduled to sit on August 4 to try again to pick the country's next prime minister, according to a document outlining the house agenda issued on Thursday.

The Constitutional Court of Thailand will decide on August 3 whether to accept the Move Forward Party's petition regarding Pita Limjaroenrat's renomination rejection, according to local news outlet Thai Enquirer.
