Oil refinery in Russia's Samara hit by explosion

An explosion occurred at an oil refinery in Russia's Samara on Friday, senior Russian lawmaker Alexander Khinshtein said in a Telegram post.
According to the preliminary investigation, an explosive device was planted, he said, adding that there was no serious damage or victims.
