Russian President Vladimir Putin says that Russia and the African leaders have agreed to promote a multipolar world order and to fight neo-colonialism. Speaking on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa summit, Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki slammed Western hegemony on the Ukraine crisis.
