On July 29, Chinese President Xi Jinping inspected Hanzhong City in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, visiting the exhibits and displays about historical relics in Hanzhong City Museum. He pointed out that cultural relics carry a splendid civilization, inherit history and culture, and sustain the national spirit.

Xi inspected the Tianhan Wetland Park located in the urban section of Hanzhong on the Hanjiang River, praising it as a "happy garden" for residents.
