At least six people have been killed in two days of clashes at a Palestinian refugee camp in the Lebanese city of Sidon. Fatah, the mainstream faction, has clashed with Islamist supporters. Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati has called on Palestinian leaders to hand over those who tamper with security.
