The 10th edition of the China-Russia College Students Exchange Conference was held in June, 2023. Holding a series of exchange activities in the Chinese city of Heihe and Russia's Blagoveshchensk – two cities that face each other across the Heilongjiang River, also known as the Amur River – this year's event continued to make contributions to deepening China-Russia exchanges and cooperation.
