Having quit UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) twice, the U.S. has rejoined the organization for the third time. Besides UNESCO, the U.S. had been "playing on a swing" with a couple of international treaties and organizations, regarding international rules and orders as tools to seek its own benefits and hegemony.
