9 die in incidents related to heavy downpour in N China's Hebei Province

Nine people were killed, and six others remain missing following incidents related to days of heavy rain in north China's Hebei Province as of Tuesday noon, local authorities said on Tuesday.
A total of 540,703 people have been affected by the downpour, and around 847,400 people have been relocated.
