11 people are dead and 27 missing from recent heavy rains in Beijing. Mentougou and Fangshan districts in the suburbs are the worst hit. Four military helicopters were dispatched on Tuesday morning to help deliver relief materials to residents. Mentougou district has also set up emergency shelters for those evacuated.
