A number of ministries in China have laid out 28 detailed measures to promote private businesses, according to the National Development and Reform Commission. Among these new measures are coordinated efforts, ranging from tax rebates, inclusive finance and support of next-generation infrastructure, all aiming to boost private sector growth. Qu Qiang, a research fellow at the Beijing Foreign Studies University, said new measures will give a clear evaluation of private companies, and strengthen fair play.
