Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held phone talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Wednesday, the Kremlin said.
Erdogan and Putin agreed on the Russian president paying a visit to Türkiye, the Turkish presidency's statement said.
