Tsutomu Yoneyama, a resident of Iwaki City, lives less than 60 kilometers from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. In 2011, he experienced the Fukushima nuclear accident. He said after more than a decade of rebuilding, the locals finally see a glimmer of hope.
