South Korean and Japanese opposition lawmakers and civic groups assembled in Fukushima on Sunday afternoon to voice their opposition to Japan's plan to dump nuclear-contaminated water from the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant into the sea.
Representatives of South Korean civic groups said that the Japanese government's plan to discharge nuclear-contaminated water into the sea is a crime against humanity, and they will unite all possible forces to halt the discharge plan.
