Continuous heavy rains triggered floods and damaged roads, leaving passengers on three trains, the K396, Z180 and K1178, stranded in Beijing's Mentougou District, one of the hardest-hit areas in the city recently. The last batch of over 300 passengers arrived at the metropolis' Fengtai Railway Station on Thursday around 2:10 a.m.
