Heavy rainfall and flooding have caused havoc in Hebei's Zhuozhou, submerging many parts of the city, leaving residents still trapped. Rescue operations, including armed police and volunteer teams, are working tirelessly to aid those in need. CGTN reporter Chen Mengfei went on a rescue boat on Wednesday.
