Beloved female giant panda Ya Ya is celebrating her 23rd birthday at her birthplace, Beijing Zoo, on August 3, 2023, after spending 20 years at Memphis Zoo in the United States. Keepers at Beijing Zoo presented a birthday feast to Ya Ya, and decorated her living space with bamboo adornments marked with "Hello, 23" in Chinese.
