Russia has decided to reduce the number of Romanian diplomats in Moscow, the RIA news agency reported. The move comes in response to Romania's restrictions on the number of Russian diplomats in Bucharest.
Russia's Foreign Ministry summoned the Romanian Charge d'affaires in Russia on Thursday and submitted a diplomatic note to inform them of the relevant situation.
