Chinese authorities have launched massive rescue and relief efforts in response to the torrential rains triggered by Typhoon Doksuri, especially in northern regions. In Zhuozhou City, one of the hardest-hit flood areas, firefighters have been patrolling the affected neighborhoods with rescue boats, evacuating trapped residents. North China's Hebei Province relocated over 1.2 million people as of 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
