Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said a Russian guided aerial bomb hit a blood transfusion center in the town of Kupiansk in eastern Kharkiv region late on Saturday.
"There are dead and wounded," he said on his Telegram channel.
The strike came shortly after the Ukrainian president said Russian missiles had hit a facility of the Ukrainian aeronautics group Motor Sich, a maker of plane and helicopter engines and other components.
The Russian side has yet to respond to the claim.
