China's northeastern Heilongjiang Province has issued two yellow alerts, one for possible flash floods and another for geological disasters. From Monday to Thursday, parts of the province, including urban areas of Mudanjiang City, are likely to encounter flash floods and geological disasters due to the heavy downpour.
