The China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) on August 8 released footage showing the Shenzhou-16 mission crew doing exercises in the country's space station. The video was released to mark China's 15th National Fitness Day, launched in 2009 to promote public fitness programs and boost people's enthusiasm to keep fit. In the video, the three astronauts, Jing Haipeng, Zhu Yangzhu and Gui Haichao, are shown exercising in the space station using different equipment. According to the CMSA, persevering in keeping fit is essential for astronauts.
