Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a telephone conversation with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, he said in a statement on Tuesday.
They discused Ukraine's defense needs, including artillery, armored vehicles, and air defense systems to protect the infrastructure of the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
