Members of the United Nations have accused both warring sides in Sudan of violating international humanitarian law. The United Kingdom convened a meeting at the UN Security Council on Wednesday to discuss the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation in the country. China's Deputy UN Permanent Representative Dai Bing said China expects regional countries and organizations to strengthen their coordination with the parties in Sudan and play a key role in facilitating peace talks.
