Montenegro selected a new prime minister on Thursday nearly two months after holding general elections as weeks of coalition talks have yet to result in a new government.
Montenegro's President Jakov Milatovic announced that fellow Europe Now party leader Milojko Spajic will take over the premiership, paving the way for the formation of a new government.
