At 834 meters long, the 1,000-year-old Luoyang Bridge is one of the longest extant stone bridges in the world. Located in Quanzhou of Fujian Province, the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, the bridge has helped improve the city's trade network and allowed its residents to quickly cross bodies of water. It is also a testament to the wealth brought into Quanzhou through trade.
