The revamp of a 16-kilometer section of a key highway along the coast of Montenegro's city of Tivat began on Friday. It is the second major project under the country's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) cooperation with China. The project will transform the existing two-way, two-lane road into a two-way, four-lane boulevard and upgrade the water supply network along the section.
