A total of 16 foreign nationals have been held in jails in Afghanistan, the state-run news agency Bakhtar reported on Sunday.
"A total of 16 foreign nationals including five women have been held in the country's prisons," Bakhtar quoted jail official Mohammad Yusuf Mestari as saying.
