Tourism revenue in NW China's Urumqi up nearly 60 percent in Jan.-Jul. period

The tourism revenue of Urumqi City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was up nearly 60 percent year on year in the first seven months of 2023.
Data released by local authorities showed that the city's year-on-year tourism revenue increase was 59.25 percent, raking in some 51.29 billion yuan (around $7.1 billion) in total.
