At least 27 people were killed and 75 others injured on Monday in an explosion following a fire at a gas station in Russia's southernmost Republic of Dagestan, Russian news agencies TASS and RIA reported on Tuesday, citing the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
